Blue Jeans Cable Experience with Monster Cable [0.30] by Kurt Denke,April 29, 2008 23:20
We've received a lot of encouraging words, questions, and concerns from our customers over the heavily-publicized threats made against our company by Monster Cable recently, and wanted to give everyone an update and an explanation. Our view of this situation is that, apart from revealing things like litigation strategy which, for obvious reasons, we need not to speak about publicly, we want everyone to know exactly what this is about, why it's going on, and what the merits of the case are. Whether we have war is, of course, entirely up to Monster; we will not start a war, but we are not the least bit hesitant to fight one if it comes. Don't fear the bully!
K&B Signal Solutions Concert Series Speaker Cable Review [0.30] by Gene,October 11, 2004 20:00
K&B Signal Solutions is introducing the Concert Series Speaker Cables with "Interconnection Modularity". That's a fancy term for "can easily change the terminations or extend the cable". The Concert Series cable from K & B Signal Solutions is an affordable cable comparable to a good quality 12AWG Zip Cord popularized by Monster Cable and other well known cable vendors, but with nicer cosmetics and the inclusion of a variety of terminations all of which can be implemented tool-lessly. If you envision yourself repositioning speakers and/or electronics in the future and desire to re-use your cables by simply adding more cable lengths by daisy chaining them via the Splice termination, than this is one cool feature you must have and one unique to the K & B Signal Solutions Concert Series speaker cables .
Pear Cables Earns Honors in Yahoo's Worst Tech Products of 2007 [0.29] by david,January 03, 2008 12:00
The story of Pear Cable has become quite the saga since we last tuned in. The latest chapter for Pear is the dubious distinction of making Yahoo's list of the worst technology products of 2007 as a contender for tech rip-off of the year. Oh, the Melodrama.
Monster SuperThin Display Mounts Preview [0.29] by tom,March 21, 2014 08:00
The new SuperThin mounts from Monster might not be the cheapest on the market, but they are certainly priced competitively. While the name may be enough to sell to many people, the fact is that Monster has gone the extra mile to make sure that the end user, and not some custom installer, can hang the display. With all the necessary hardware, a level, stud finder, and wall template, you probably won't even need to go online to watch the installation videos. With the MDAS1 desktop mount, Premium tilt mount, and Elite articulating mount, there is something for everyone. Pricing starts at $40.

Speaker Cable Face Off 1 [0.28] by Gene,August 29, 2004 20:00
Speaker cables have become one of the least quantified and objectively analyzed audio products in the audio marketplace. Many cable vendors and forum cult hobbyists insist on the abandonment of measurements and engineering truths in favor of subjective listening tests in hopes that the listener will think they hear a difference, even if none exists, to justify their unproven claims and sometimes extravagant prices. To that end, we have analyzed six different brands/models of speaker cables ranging from as little as $0.46 / ft to $55 / ft. Don't let price fool you however, as in many cases, cables especially, price doesn't always dictate quality.
