Sharp's new 45-inch HDTV AQUOS Liquid Crystal Televisions, models LC-45GD5U and LC-45GD7U, are widescreen Digital Cable Ready televisions with built-in CableCARD slots. These models feature an enhanced Dynamic Contrast Ratio for incredibly crisp and vivid on-screen images. Sharp's entire AQUOS line was designed by world-renowned industrial designer Toshiyuki Kita, whose designs are on display at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. The AQUOS brand is designed to evoke images of liquid crystal fluidity.

LC-45GD5U/GD7U AQUOS LCD High Definition Television features:

Sharp's LC-37DB5U HDTV AQUOS Liquid Crystal Television allows consumers to enjoy off-air Digital Television (DTV) and High Definition Television (HDTV) signals with a built-in ATSC terrestrial tuner. The set features elegant fixed side speakers and a silver cabinet. A contrast ratio of 800:1 provides crisp images for both dark and bright scenes.
