Velodyne Opens New Distribution Center in Canada

Morgan Hill, CA - November 11, 2005 - Velodyne Acoustics, Inc., the worldwide leader in high performance subwoofers, recently announced the opening of a new distribution center in Vancouver, Canada. The facility is dedicated to the company's growing list of retail and custom installation dealers in Canada.

The state-of-the-art warehouse will allow for the consolidation, storage and distribution of Velodyne's complete subwoofer line including the new MiniVee and SPL-R Series. The warehouse is part of an overall program to improve service to Canada.

"Not only does the new warehouse allow us to more efficiently meet existing needs and provide a faster turn-around for orders, it has also been designed to support projected growth well into the future."

The warehouse will be a more convenient, more economical, and faster way for retailers and custom installers in Canada to do business with Velodyne. Turn-around time to receive product will be shorter as Velodyne products will no longer have to go through Canadian customs. Any size order can be accommodated.
