AV Rant and About.com Team up for CES Podcasts
Rants just got topical
As you know, Audioholics is going to cover CES like a rash - we always do. But what if you can't be bothered to read? What if you just want to hear, first hand, what's happening on the show floor? What if you are a podcast junkie?
Well, we've got your back there too. About.com's Robert Silva and Tom Andry of Audioholics and AV Rant have teamed up to provide short podcasts directly from CES this year. Already, Robert has brought the scoop to AV Rant on Toshiba's new glasses-free 3D TV (2K x 4K resolution, no less!) Robert and Tom discuss the new technology including how well it worked, Robert's impressions on the shortcomings, and planned release dates. Robert even managed to shoot a quick video of the display in action. While it's a bit blurry, you can clearly see that they are showing off not just static images but fast moving action. Robert and Tom will continue to record podcasts on breaking news as the show goes on.
