The Imaging Science Foundation (ISF) has released some free 4K test patterns for B&W levels and geometry/resolution. This is just in time to meet up with the new 4K displays hitting the market (in volume) this year. ISF calibrators found that they needed these patterns for CES product evaluations, and, since they didn't see a large market developing in which to sell them anytime soon, they decided to gift them out to their certified calibrators.
If you visit AVProAlliance.com, you can get the patterns. If you are not already a member there are free trial links on the site. Once unzipped, each pattern is around 24MB. If you're already a member her is a direct link to the 4K ISF Test patterns.
