Denon just introduced the HEOS Super Link at the 2017 CEDIA Expo show. Super Link is a networked multi-room pre-amplifier that is said to take the company’s pre-existing HEOS Link to the next level. Specifically designed with the custom installer in mind—and building off the success of the HEOS Link—the Denon HEOS Super Link provides coverage to all four HEOS zones in a single 1U (1.75” tall) chassis. With robust, third party control from popular manufacturers including Control4, Crestron, RTI, URC and ELAN, the HEOS Super Link is customizable within almost any professional-quality home audio environment. Developed and designed with rack mount ears, active cooling, reliable wired Ethernet input and a streamlined, compact size, the HEOS Super Link is the ideal solution for a whole-home distributed audio system. The HEOS Superlink can be operated by voice, leveraging Amazon Alexa technology, providing integrators an additional option when building solutions for their customers.

“Custom installers are looking for a variety of features when it comes to home audio solutions: multi-room streaming source, reliability, compatibility with third party control and a true all-in-one solution are a few of the requirements—and the HEOS Super Link delivers exactly that, and more,” said Brendon Stead, senior vice president of product development for Sound United, parent company of Denon. “Further emphasizing Denon’s commitment to the custom installer market as well as the modern consumer, the HEOS Super Link enhances the existing HEOS ecosystem while providing installers with a rock solid, easily integrated multi-room streaming audio pre-amplifier that can be combined with high-performance amplifiers to deliver the best possible sound performance; the HEOS Super Link is an ideal solution for a distributed audio system in-home.”

The HEOS Super Link is part of Denon’s HEOS multi-room sound system, designed specifically to enable users to enjoy their favorite music anywhere and everywhere around the home. Together or individually, HEOS products act as powerful wireless Hi-Fi speakers that deliver pure, precise, high-res sound. By utilizing an existing home network and the HEOS app for iOS and Android, users can explore, browse and play music from their own music library via online streaming music services, and from thousands of internet radio stations, including: Spotify®, Amazon Music®, Pandora®, TuneIn, iHeartRadio, SiriusXM™, TIDAL, MOOD:Mix, and several others.
